Booking Terms

Activities listed as Direct Book / Auto WhatsApp are confirmed on WhatsApp after we check boat or guide availability. Transfers listed as Instant Booking Form will use a booking form when that checkout is switched on.

A deposit may be required to hold a private charter. Balance is due before departure unless we agree another plan in writing.

Cancellations more than 48 hours before departure can usually be moved to another date. Same-day weather cancellations by the captain are refunded or rebooked. No-shows are not refunded.
