Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to activity, transfer and package bookings made through Visit Lamu (visitlamu.co.ke).

Prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings unless we agree otherwise. Extra-person fees apply where listed. Some items are sold per person, some as a private charter.

We confirm bookings by WhatsApp or email after we receive the guest names, dates and the agreed deposit. Operators, captains and weather can change a departure time. We will tell you as soon as we know.

You are responsible for valid travel documents, park or conservancy fees that are listed as excluded, and for following the captain or guide’s safety briefing.
